"A great place to live & the views from the north side of the complex are spectacular. Good maintenance service. best to call for a appointment to view. We did. 6 mos waiting list for us to get in .During 2016. Plus, it has small herds of deer! And the snowman I made 15 March 2024. Hope he doesn't melt too soon. 1 ft snow today most since we came here in 2015. Usually the most we get is 4 inches at Summit Apts"
"Wonderful place to live I just wish rent wouldn't go up every year, maybe once every 3 Would be nice affordable compared to other places. I lived also in better condition. Maintenance is really nice."
"I’m not sure why people give this place such a low rating? I have lived here for awhile and had no problems whatsoever they are kind and very understanding:) if something is wrong they fix it no hassle love the ladies in the office and these places come with literally everything you need washer dryer, fireplace, balcony, and for that price it’s amazing! Nothing bad to say about these apartments definitely my home"
"Great complex Amazing staff that go above and beyond. The grounds are kept up and beautiful and the security is great I lived here with my wife for 3 years and IT was the best landlord experience i have ever had. If something broke it was fixed within a day. if i had an issue it was alwaysresolved quickly. the maitenance guys were very nice. the parking was convenient. they have washer and dry hook ups as well as a laundry mat. We barely ever heard our neighbors and lived directly below children. I keep saying if when we moved out of state i could have taken the whole place with me i would have."
