"Everybody at the office and maintenance is super friendly and helpful. Harding did the move in for us and even though he was by himself in the office that day and still had to prepare the keys etc, he was friendly and professional. Maintenance Gabe and Cordell are super nice and knowledgeable. They work professionally and quick. Lendita is just the sweetest and takes her time to talk to you and she showed us the apartment multiple times before we decided to sign the lease and was patient with all our questions and requests. The apartment itself is great we have a lot of space and we love the layout."

"Harding is THE BEST! I have had nothing but issues with two other apartment complexes that I had looked at, rude, inconsiderate leasing offices and deposits paid and promised to be returned that were never returned. I walked into Apex today (Feb 26th) with an appointment for a tour. Harding immediately was ready for me, knew the size of the apartment I was looking for, and had three different options ready for me to look at. He asked about my situation, which was such a breath of fresh air, I didn’t feel like just a rent payment. He handed me a folder with ALL of the pertinent information I could need about the apartment complex and proceeded to show myself and my son around the property. We found the apartment that would work for us, and he was able to get me into the place I liked, for a move in date 4 days from now. Which to me is incredible. The grounds are beautiful, the property well maintained, but better than that, if everyone who works there is half as attentive and kind as Harding is, this place has got to be the best place to live in the springs. Absolutely incredible. I cannot wait to move in!"

"Not sure where to begin, but I will start with that Kira came through at the last minute on a Sunday. I was working with another member and communication was a little poor. It may be that she was super busy, but I informed them via email of when we would be arriving (from another state) and never received a response back. I assumed that meant we were good to go, and to just show up to get the keys within any business hours. When I called from an hour away asking a few question and if we needed any last steps to be completed, Kira helped out exceptionally fast and apologized on behalf of their previous miscommunication and assisted me far beyond what she needed to. I appreciate her so very much!!! The place is gorgeous and I love the view and the amenities. I think we'll enjoy our time here!!"
