"I lived here for a little over a year and my lease ended February 2024. I loved living there! It was a quiet neighborhood, I felt safe, and it's walking distance to Ute Valley Park. I placed several maintenance requests and they fixed them the next day. The maintenance crew were always working and were on top of upgrading or taking care of the grounds. The people in the office were kind and responsive. I highly recommend."
"Honestly, this is a solid place to live. We've been here for a very long time. Any problems we've had always gets resolved in a professional manner and maintenance has always been fast and so polite. Can't really complain. This whole property has done nothing but improve upon itself year after year."
"The amount of theft that happens at this property is mind boggling. Just read previous reviews, it’s been going on for YEARS. My car was stolen 2 months after moving in, and has been broken in to twice more. Just two days ago, over 20 trucks had their windows shattered and burglarized in one night. I am not exaggerating. The owners have a cookie cut email they send out after each one of these incidents, claiming they take these events seriously, and to always lock your doors. When you inquire what they’re going to do to fix this problem, they claim there’s nothing they can do and they’re not liable. They won’t install cameras, they won’t hire a security guard, they won’t do anything because they don’t care."
"I love this place. We have been here for 1.5 years and before that, I bid a construction job here. I recognized the quality back then, but what I was not aware of was the quality of the staff and maintenance. Any time we have had a complaint, they have fixed it the same day. They are great to work with and always have a positive attitude. The grounds are always well kept and beautiful, and it is a quiet peaceful place to live. My wife and I are so glad to live here and our favorite person up front is Johanna. She always goes above and beyond with a smile on her face. Thank you Grand Centennial for such a great place to live."
"My sister has just moved in here. George was patient as we worked through securing her lease due to her relocation. So so helpful. The grounds are well-kept and the amenities have been great so far. During her initial walk through, everything was in perfect condition. So far, so great. Excited to see what the first year brings!"
