"Maintenance response time is hit or miss. Some issues were promptly addressed, while others seemed to fall through the cracks. The quality of repairs varied, with some fixes feeling like temporary solutions. It would be great to see a more consistent and thorough approach to maintenance concerns. The leasing office staff can be improved. There were instances where I felt the need to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. More transparent and proactive communication would enhance the overall leasing experience. The noise level can be a concern, especially during peak hours. Thin walls and insufficient sound insulation make it challenging to enjoy peace and quiet in the apartment. It's something to consider if you value a tranquil living environment. The pool was officially supposed to open in September, I myself have went into the office on a few occasions asking when it will be open. The responses are vague as it is typically something along the lines of "soon." There are a lot of homeless in the area that stroll through our living area which is a huge safety concern for myself. Every time I am outside of our building I care my mace with me due to this. I do not feel safe in this area."

"So far so good! Moved in pretty smoothly! We have the best view ever of pikes peak It’s a new property so when we got here we realized we had no heat or hot water but they called maintenance and got them here to fix it! They were nice. It does have sounds of construction but obviously they are still in construction so that’s gonna be happening! I love the gym, the mail room is top tier. Waiting on pool and hot tub super awesome set up fire pits included. Everyone you speak to in the office is nice! They put gates up our stickers work very well it isn’t the best for when you have guests so I’ll still need to figure that out but atleast I know I’ll have a parking spot when I come home! We love living here!"
