"Would be a negative if I could. How many times do you have to call the police to have one apt turn down the music. The police have been here 5 times in one day. You can feel the music and / or the TV. Thru the walls, you can not hang a picture, watch your own TV, or read a book in your own overpriced apt. We the next calls are to the BBB, chamber's commerce for the city of Colorado Springs, El Pado County, and a lawyer for a class action suit against the company. The management here has been told many times about the problem, and they do nothing. They say call the police, well, that's been done several times to get police reports to get out of this lease. Do not rent here. Also, it's a safety issue here. The garage door has been missing for months, doors ripped open, people living in the laundry room at night. Worst management team I have seen or heard about in years. And I have worked in property management for many years."

"I would like to commend Tina, the main housekeeper at Eagle Ridge Apartments. She consistently goes the extra mile to make sure our common areas remain clean and uncluttered. This morning, I saw her scrubbing away dog poop on the front stoop of one of the buildings. Even though it is the responsibility of pet owners to perform this task, Tina cleaned it up because she did not want someone else to step in it. Tina is a great housekeeper and an excellent neighbor. We appreciate everything you do!"

"Three weeks ago I posted this review and maintenance has yet to fix anything.. ” On multiple occasions, we have put in maintenance requests (ie; no hot water for showers, broken/unsafe balcony rails) and they will not come out but clear the request and say they came out and fixed the problem. After dealing with hot water problems for over a month, we put in a maintenance emergency request. A man comes out the same day and proceeds to tell us hot water issues are not emergencies. It’s been 3 months probably and we sometimes get hot water when we FLUSH the toilet but haven’t had normal showers with control of temp. My rails are still broken. I received a call about a week and a half ago saying they see some old work orders and when I explained everything, he said they would try to come out same day and if not, they’d get to us tomorrow….. I CANT SHOWER AND MY “3rd floor Mountain View” BALCONY THAT I PAY EXTRA FOR IS UNSAFE FOR MY ANIMALS. Not to mention the elevator in the building has been non working for at least 4 months so that’s a whole other issue. They offered in a newsletter to help carry things upstairs then refused to touch our ”personal property”.. My jeep was literally set on fire by another resident breaking rules, and the apartment got mad at me for asking for insurance info that a lawyer asked me to get. I cannot make this stuff up. *This apartment does not care about its residents and it’s very apparent* The pool was unavailable multiple times, the club house is under construction, no elevator, no hot water, no safety, no maintenance. Definitely not worth it. Can’t wait til our year lease is up.. 5 months left.”"

"I've lived here for close to three years and I was happy to call this place home. I appreciated this apartment when things were operating more smoothly. Since the new management team has taken over, it feels as if it's time to move on. Floors on this building smell of animal waste, elevators are consistently out of order, and the new manager is difficult to engage. I've had a work order for broken shower tiles go over two months with no reply or acknowledgement of the issue. I'm highly disappointed in the direction this complex has gone and will be moving as soon as possible."

"I’ve been a resident for about 2.5 years and have truly enjoyed my stay here. It’s a bit of an older building, but the staff here make it feel brand new! Lindsey in the main office is always super helpful and incredibly timely and responsive. You can tell she’s passionate at her job because any staff member that works with her reflects her positivity and kindness. The maintenance team is so friendly and prompt, and you will always see them working on something to make this place beautiful. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Tina. I feel like she is the heart of Eagle Ridge. She works so hard every single day, whether I see her lugging around equipment from one building to the other, working for hours on deep cleaning apartments, vacuuming hallways, wiping down elevators. She works so hard to keep this place safe and clean. It truly makes my entire day when I run into her and am able to say hi or even have a quick conversation. For anyone looking at renting at Eagle Ridge, Safeway is right across the street, Ute Valley Park is in walking distance. Neighbors are kind and keep to themselves for the most part. And you get to see so many deer roam around the area! I highly recommend living here. And I’ll be sad to leave whenever that time comes."
