"This place was pretty great when it wasn’t owned by Progress. There is no office on site. There is a 1800 # that takes 7-10 business to get a response. They’ve taken every part of what a community management company is supposed to mean and turned it into a money making machine with no personality and little positive interaction. They took out the front door cameras that were installed with the last company. They took out the ADT security system that was there also. This is not to call out anyone that works for progress individually, but as a whole, the company is just not good. we didn’t move specifically because they bought the property but they were the final straw. I would think twice before moving here if I were you."
"This community is now managed by Progress Residential. Seems like a scammy/sketchy company. They ask for your credit card in order to self-tour homes. I’ve never once experienced or heard of a company doing this. Stay far away!"
"I have set up 3 different tour times and every single time we have showed up after driving down from Loveland no one was in the office and no one answered calls. Days later we would get a call back from a woman named Debbie asking if we could come in that day and tour. No we can’t come in we told you when we could and you weren’t there!"
"Luanne and the rest of the team are amazingly hospitable. The grounds are nice and Neighborhood is quiet. The grass is finally getting installed and makes the entire community look beautiful. We love living here and have recommended it to several friends."
