"We went to get our passport we were late 11min they don't close till 5 our fault. But I asked if there was someone who may be able to over ride the time and the women at the front said NO when I asked if there was an exception NO, she did not tell us we could come back thw next day and she was very short in her comments. We went back today, and the man at the front desk was nice and knowledgeable. However, we did not have copies. I asked did they have a copy machine they said no. We left. I am so frustrated we've been given so much conflicting information we were told to go down town for a walk in there not excepting walkins. At no point did anyone tell us we needed copies of everything we'd never done passports before. It was on the paperwork we filled out bit you'd think that everyone we were chatting with would have reminded us to get copies. We were polite thw whole time. Not happy with service at all."
"Since this location is one of the very few locations that allow walk-in passport service on the weekends, we tried and failed. As a civilian we can only get on the base after 9AM, well we got there just after 9AM and there were 40 people in line already. So really a slim chance unless you live on base to get your passport taken care of on the weekends. They mentioned the line started at 6:30AM."
"Great experience with passport submission for our kids. They tell you the paperwork you need before you wait in line to get up to the counter. Yes it’s a long wait (especially on a Saturday) but the staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly."
"Went in the other day to buy postcard stamps - they only had 2.5 sheets. Seemed friendly enough. They have decent hours although they’re just a bit tricky to find as they’re in a big complex. You have to know where you’re going. Very clean. Can get passport done there too."
