"Vicki burns is a slum lord. She doesn't manage properties well. You use her beware of her bad faith business practices. She tells you one thing and must forget what she tells you. You pull up to her building the shop sitting next to her office is structurally damaged and ready to fall to the ground. Most likely like the property she is going to try and rip you off on. Don't use her."

"I dont know how they are with selling/buying houses. All I can say is don't rent from them unless you don't want your security deposit back. They will literally look for ways to keep it from you. Such as moving the washer and dryer to see if you cleaned under them. My apartment flooded twice and once, it was due to the neighbor's dishwasher not draining properly. We were told we would get some type of compensation for it, which we never got. The second time was due to something out front not draining properly. The carpet cleaner said that this happens regularly. Because of this, we were thinking that there is mold. My fiance and I have been more sick than we ever have been with respiratory issues. They do not take care of their properties. However, they will pay for a monthly Orkin inspection. At the very least you won't have roaches."
