"This is the worst apartment I have ever dealt with. Units look decent at first glance but have a slew of minor problems after the first week. The owner and landlord are the most shady, corrupt, and unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. The owner is often intoxicated and loud, makes rude comments, and will leave town for months at a time if you try to contact him. I was there for 6 months and never got a trash can for my unit, and when I attempted to get one, I kept getting told to use some other unit's can. They also have not returned my deposit despite being out for more than a month and there being no reason for withholding the deposit. When I have tried to contact them about it I did not receive a response for over a week and am still waiting."
"Worst renting experience I have ever had. Despite the apartment visually being quite nice, the problems aren't on the surface. We had no heat the entire winter, broken locks in the door into the apartment, broken dishwasher, and cabinet doors barely hanging on to one screw. But it doesn't end there, the landlord quits in secret and doesn't tell any tennant leaving no one to contact to fix our issues. Also issues with the owner of the building after our landlord left, and him refusing to communicate with us. If I could I would give it a no star rating. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere."
