"It’s a beautiful location, however, it’s one bed in the kitchen area and we got about two hours sleep both nights because people are so loud in the outside area. They need to put signs up outside telling people to be quiet after 11:00 P.M. because we heard loud laughter and howling until after 2:00 A.M. both nights. Although the Fall colors are gorgeous here, the noise level is ridiculous and we won’t come back to this place because of noise."

"First of all, it's not a an apartment, certainly not a condo, just a good sized room with a king bed and a kitchenette consisting of a small fridge and a microwave, FF price &279/night. That's OK, but calling it an apt instead of a hotel room means there's no one to help you check in and no housekeeping. Directions to get there could have been clearer too. We knew all that before we rented, but we also knew choices during the Festival were limited. It's true, the gondola was close, but it's almost a 15 minute ride to town, gets tiresome, if you're doing a lot of back and forth. As for the unit itself, the bed was lumpy, the pillows were lumpy, and there was no place to put clothes but a small closet. Lots of decorative stuff, but nothing very functional. That said,it's not unattractive, it was clean and quiet, and I guess it would be convenient for skiers."
