"First off the place we stayed was 100% loved the decor, location, views etc @ LuluCity 5C More importantly though was the especially great correspondence with Alpine Valley during the entire process! Great emails, texts, responsiveness! And a big mega huge shout out to Stevie who helped me as I panicked realizing I left my entry code in the condo and was freaking out Id never be able to get in last night! Super grateful she hooked me up immediately! Highly recommend!"

"My husband and I booked a lodge with alpine lodging for a different location, unfortunately I had the dates mixed up and had to call and see if they had another property available for the weekend that I wanted. The on-call representative was extremely friendly and helpful and was able to get us into a different room. She did not state there was an up charge but when we were notified we understood, as the room came with a kitchen instead of it being a loft. When we arrived We discovered the room was the fairy very outdated, and when we pulled out the couch we found a T-shirt from the gas before us, leaving me to believe it was not properly cleaned. That night my husband and I woke up freezing as the heater in the bedroom had a different thermostat I was hidden behind an armoire. We were never notified of the thermostat and got little sleep as We had to sleep on the pull out couch where the heater was working. There was no restroom soap and the towels were so rough I didn’t need to exfoliate! The location was beautiful with an excellent view, I suggest updating the rooms like they did the others from the photos online. They did give us $100 for the inconvenience of the thermostat which I appreciated. Communication was via text and check in was very cold and rude. Unfortunately We will not be staying with Alpine lodging again."

"This is the second time we have booked with this company and we could not be happier. They were incredibly responsive to all our needs from an additional frying pan to helping with noisy neighbors. Our condo was well stocked and comfortable. In the past, when we have booked through other companies, especially those who are not located in town, we did not get the personal service Alpine Lodging Telluride provided - thank you - we will definitely be back!"
