"Two problems: First is a physical visit. Housing seems a bit abrupt, throws information quickly and then doesn't seem to listen. Second is their answering machine- it allows only about 10 - 15 seconds then says, "Thank you for your call. Goodbye." and hangs up on you. I was able to leave my name and a phone number and that was all even though the message said to leave information..."
