"Close to everything. Very nice people run this place and it is convenient. It would be nice if they had a few more breakfast options and and meat and eggs and bagles and cream cheese."

"Nasty and run down. Feces in the vents, toilet wouldn't flush, tub faucet was dripping and the tub was full of water because the drain was clogged. The attendant put me in three different rooms and I eventually had to find another hotel to stay at because I felt after being switched three times was enough reason to justify leaving. They would not give me a refund and marked me as a no-show with Expedia, which is not true. The attendant warned me I would not get a refund because the owner, who she said goes by a fake "work name" never gives refunds under any circumstances. Expedia reviewed my pictures of the hotel and said they would not recommend that anyone stay there in those conditions, but it's up to the hotel to handle the refund. This hotel clearly houses the local impoverished/homeless community, which I was not aware of when I booked. I am from out of town and wish I knew what I was getting myself into. The owner is middle eastern and seems to have a callous, jaded attitude regarding the population of guests that utilize the hotel. I am very disappointed and shocked at how poorly this business is ran."

"FOR THE PRICE, a good stay. It is right off the highway, making the stay a bit loud. It also still needs renovating, something that is currently on hold for Winter but was also waylaid, as I understand it, from the pandemic. Still, no surprises and acknowledgement that the place is old. A few primarily cosmetic issues such as a broken toilet paper dispenser and obvious wall and ceiling damage. Given the price, though, I have been at worse Motel 6’s and those are higher than I am paying for this two night stay. Plenty of hot water and a good size fridge in the room. TV is DirectTV, not my favorite by any means. The room we are using also is highly limited in electrical outlets, including not having outlets on one side of the bed; no lamp on that side, either. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is primarily carbs, no protein. And it is Delta, a rural community. Internet in the area was down when we arrived. Couldn’t even use the smart phone apps to order pizza for delivery because the pizza places were disconnected. By the way, there is a nearby Pizza Hut and further in town we highly recommend C&J for a sit down restaurant. Highly unsure of the highly negative reviews posted here. I have not experienced most of it and the ones that are highly nit-picky should consider the cost."

"The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Coffee pot was broken. No ice no pool so hot tub and gym. All these were advertised on the website. The front desk was only open a few hours a day. Card reader didn't work half the time.Dirty and run down. And I was charged extra after I left with no reason given. Luckily I took pictures. Do not stay in this hotel is it a scam and shames the days inn brand!!"

"Great place to stay! Clean, quiet, wonderful staff AND a great price! What more could you ask for? Wait! It is next door to several eating establishments, convenience stores and a coffee shop."
