"I just stopped in today for some gas. Malik was nearby working, and he saw me trying to figure out the self-check, so he immediately stopped what he was working on (emptying the trashes), and came over to assist. He was friendly and helpful and is a great representative of Maverick. With that attitude and work ethic, Malik will go far."
"Came in while visiting from Florida. I was double charged for my transaction. Upon calling just now and speaking with a manager I was told there was nothing they could do I neither I nor the card were present. I was more than willing to provide the card number. Transaction details but the manager I spoke with seemed very disinterested in even offering any help other than “yeah idk man call your bank”"
"This store sold the beer which was expire on 11/10/2023 . I was at the store around like 6:20 to 6:30 pm . I took the beer at home and open it it was expired and color showed kind of blueberry too ."
"Overall the staff is always friendly and helpful I go to to this location at least once a week but this morning I was $4 short and one of the staff members I believe his name is Sam, covered the difference out of pocket. I felt bad he paid out of pocket but thankful. I ran home and grabbed the correct change to correct the situation and make sure the drawer would be correct with no cost to Sam. 10/10 a very kind staff member."
