"I had a good experience. It's a gas station. You pull in for gas and you pay, you pump and or go in the store get what you need and you leave."
"So many of their tank don't work! Today I wasted over $7 of had because it didn't turn off!!!! It just kept pouring out all over my car and the ground!!! When I went in to inform then that they may want to put a sign out of something the man behind the counter just laughed at me!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!"
"A regular stop for me in the morning. Friday morning I stopped in to buy a tin of Copenhagen and was shocked at what transpired I purchased my can as usual didn't think much about the price until I walked out and realized the night cashier had given me the wrong change went back in to ask for the receipt to verify and saw some change on the counter thinking it was mine because he gave me the wrong amount in change I took it was then yelled at buy the cashier saying it wasn't mine weird. looked at it on my way to work and that was wrong as well. So believe he was taxing my change hopeing I didn't notice to give to the homeless that hang around the store . This night cashier needs to be checked out believe he is giving out wrong change on purpose to fund his homeless kitty. As a long time customer and loyal shell gas company member this needs to be addressed."

"This car wash damaged my car and the manager is keep telling me his insurance company will contact and he doesn’t want to provide me his insurance policy. I’m going to get a police report and suit them and will also file a report Better Business Bureau (BBB). I have given them enough time (more than 15 days). The corporate (Shell oil company) told me it’s privately owned."
