Sinclair Gas Station

"It has convenient entrances, which is definitely a plus. The inside was arranged in a way to make waiting in line difficult to also not block the door entrances. I chose to pay inside for gas, because they do not have the taped covers over the part where you insert your card to prove nobody can take the box out and retrieve your card info. I really only stopped there because I had to, but if i had a choice, i would not return."

"A couple of weeks ago while visiting the store I was on a business call. The cashier was very rude to me during my transaction After I was served I told the heavy set cashier Christina I believe that she did not need to be so rude. She responded by telling me to get out and that I was not welcome anymore."

"Staff is extremely rude! A blonde cashier, she didn't give her name, gave me a disconnected number when i asked for the managers number. She was very rude and snotty said i had to hurry up only to wait in line for 2 minutes. I called the number given. It wasn't in service so I went back for a real number and she mocked me. She claimed nowhere offered you a receipt and told me i wasn't in a hurry when i was. She told me to get off the phone when i was asking my mom questions about drinks. She even told me i ruined her night and she didn't ruin mine which she did by causing my anxiety to go up. She also said the manager would be on her side. I'm not even sure it's worth going back in tomorrow to speak with the manager. Avoid going in around 6pm on week days or you might get a rude cashier."

"Used there car wash 2 weeks ago and it did not work and I backed up cause the wash door would not open and I did not want to get out to get hurt by the washing equipment. My gas cover broke off so I went to the employee to get my refund and he refused and was Nasty to me. I had to get a little angry to get my refund and when I went to the manager a week later she said she threw my cover away. She was nasty and walked off."

"Normally, the employees that work there are great. There's two dudes and an older lady that are outstanding and polite. Yesterday I went in and bought cigarettes and it was $7 + change. Tonight I went in and some lady who I'm not familiar with tried charging me $9 for one pack. When I tried explaining to her that the price was incorrect, she cancelled the transaction while my card was in the machine. She started praising god and talking to herself acting extremely weird and rude. Then she said I don't have to buy anything here and can go elsewhere. All I told her was that I was in here just yesterday and this is not the price I had been charged. When someone is telling you they're getting charged different prices for the same product wouldn't you even bother to verify? Bet that I took my money right down the block to Maverick and paid $7 + change for the same cigarettes, just like I had told her they should cost. I've been coming to this gas station for years and have never been treated so horribly. I sure hope Sinclair sees this and can address it. Matter of fact, I'm changing this to one star because she was so awful, and I won't be coming back. I have plenty of money and there are plenty of businesses right in the same area that are happy to have me as a customer. From one manager to another, this is unacceptable."
