"I was in there parking lot for more than an hour with a dead battery trying to get a jump from somebody. There were 3 cars there with people in each one that were not customers so I can only assume that they were the parking lot patrol. And not 1 of them made any effort to see if I needed any help. When it was obvious that I needed a jump. That is extremely unprofessional and I am appalled at not just the customer service but the sheer lack of humanity. Is it really so hard to help somebody out anymore. And if they weren't employees well I don't see any other reason they were there for so long doing nothing"
"Won’t be going to Mavericks anymore. Was trying to buy Zyns and the cashier couldn’t scan the back of my ID…I’m 40 for hells sake and my ID is 100% valid. Hire better people."
"Love Maverik stations, but absolutely don't bother coming to this one especially at nights. The employees at night can't be bothered to do any work, yell and curse loudly while customers are in the store, and sometimes al just stand outside smoking weed. If they didn't have self service checkouts they would never sell anything at night. Nobody cares here and it shows."
"Both bathroom sinks have been nearly unusable for over a month, trickling water so slow they're no good for hand washing. So where are the employees washing their hands when they use the restroom? Multiple stalls completely out of paper, and one has no bin for sanitary item disposal. But none of the other gas stations on the block have restrooms open to the public, so they get away with it. Really disappointing. This place used to be great."
"I waited in the only line open, while 2 other employees behind the registers didn't help out, once I got up to the register the employee told me cash only, ok she said to use the self checkout I ask politely if she could assist me checking out because I had a donut cigarettes and gas, she then told me "you can check out yourself" I told her I don't have time to and put the items back on her counter. Your a trained employee that requires assistance to your paying costumers. please do your job. I will never be back unless for gas because you don't have to talk to negligent employees. Warning don't come in the morning you'll be F-ed."
