All Points demonstrated an outstanding professionalism and a unique ability to understand customer situations. I had a major purchase at a small antique company, and my original shipping options fell through. I called All Points, luckily the closest company, and spoke with Danny. They drove to the shop and secured my order of 58 items, then packed, weighed, and even palletized my order. We had a small weight issue, which I was concerned about, but Danny expertly pivoted off the first plan and set up alternate arrangements. All of this was done very reasonably. My items will arrive here, and all I need to do is go by the Fed Ex Freight location and pick them up. "Amazing service, outstanding, timely, intelligent and concerned communication with every interaction. Danny arranged with the seller a most unique odd size table, picked it up from them and advised it was being packed. Asked what freight company had a terminal near us - it was Saia emailed our contact and bill and the table was off to its new home. After a call from the freight company I was shocked at the inventive packing Danny used. The table was on a pallet in a box, BUT to prevent a careless thoughtless forklift operator from loading the table on the bottom of a load and crushing it an empty box was turned upside down on the box holding our table. This simulated a vertical component which did not exist but was obviously effective in protecting the table It arrived safely I highly recommend the services of All Points Pack And Ship and Danny and Melissa as contacts I will use them again I am certain.
