"I'm not sure what the bad review is about...Bill has been gone for months - Chuck owns the store, now...and he's owned it for like four or five months...like since the summer. I've known him for years - because before he bought the store in CO he was a customer of mine in Texas!! He's a super honest guy, very smart and easy to work with. He's definitely got a great sense of humor and I'm sure he'll do a great job in Montrose...He's the kind of guy this industry needs. Just an all around great guy."
