"I called to make an appointment this morning and was greeted by secretary named Leah , I wanted to speak with Chad Elliot, in regards to their services . As the secretary thought she put the phone on hold , I could hear her talking negatively about previous clients referring them as “crazy’s “ and also mentioning that anyone referred by a certain individual should be put off the radar . As a business, Respect , integrity and professionalism should be maintained at a higher standard . I refused to do business with places that are ok with this level of treatment ."

"My wife and I moved out to Denver within the last year from NY, got married and now I work from home (among other changes) so I was pretty concerned about getting my taxes done right this year. After calling about 10 different places, I settled on Denver Tax Group and am so happy that I did. First off, before even stopping in I spoke with one of the ladies that works there (Leah) and she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful on the phone. I had to call and bug her several times to make sure I had everything I needed and she was always so sweet and I could feel how much she genuinely cared over the phone. She helped me schedule an appointment with Chad for a couple weeks out and when I got there, sure enough she was just as pleasant in person! Upon meeting Chad, we quickly came to appreciate how honest and down to earth he was. What I thought was going to be just an initial consultation turned into him willingly (at 8pm!) sitting down with us for well over an hour to get everything figured out and submitted right away. We were shocked and also thrilled to get the process taken care of in such a timely and efficient manor. Although we probably talked his ear off, he was extremely friendly and didn't rush us at all.. although I'm sure he was ready to go home for the night! Overall, if you need an accountant/tax professional I would HIGHLY recommend checking Denver Tax Group out. This review is 100% unsolicited and solely based on my honest experience working with them.
