"We have shopped at the stores since they were Vitamin Cottage. I've always had a good focus on getting us healthful options. If you've never eaten the foods from here I think you're on a good platform. Remember there's still processed foods here too so know your body and know your eating style and go from there. There's a good selection of alternatives for the Rx world and a good magazine section. If this is a first foray into eating Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) we definitely suggest watching "Forks Over Knives" on video and they have a starter magazine that shows you how to do it all from your fridge to your pantry how to set up your life in that direction. As well there is an app. Also for some of you that are looking to move into the wfpb zone, you may think your protein isn't going to suffice. I understand the training over the years and I would like to submit to you as watching a movie called "The Game Changers". I think you may be impressed with the information. "I shop here frequently and save a lot of money with coupons and being things on sale. I don't buy everything here but tend to buy the same things. Eggs, milk, yogurt, bacon, beelers sauage, supplements, fruit for smoothies, produce depending on season is cheaper than KS. But overall very clean and good service sometimes slow but who cares I'm not in a rush or bothered by it."
