"What a gem! There are so many options around Longmont that it's hard to not just go to the go-tos and overlook places. I finally went to Lunada, and the atmosphere is good. Lots of room for large parties and to accommodate crowds with a good outdoor area to enjoy the wonderful warmer fall days we get. The service was excellent; we sat at the bar and the bartender was exceptionally friendly and had good recommendations for us since it was out first time. The taco salad is SO GOOD. The shell was buttery and delightful. All of the greens and avocados were delicious and fresh. I had the chicken chimichanga and it was also very well made. More fresh ingredients and you could taste the difference compared to some other decent Mexican places around. The house margarita, for FIVE DOLLARS is also tremendous. Not sour, well made and just the right amount. You can tell the people working here want to delivery their best every time and we will definitely be back."

"Hard no for me. Ordered a mojito, waitress told us she had to check if the mint survived the cold. She made the other drinks, came back after a while and told us she couldn't do the mojito. Ordered a rum punch, it didn't come by the time our food arrived (which wasn't extraordinarily fast) so we cancelled it. I ordered birria tacos and there was absolutely nothing birria about them...soggy tortilla with a tiny amount of consomme. Served with a portion of heavily wilted grocery store spring mix. Very disappointing, don't waste your time or money!"

"This is the new place! Highly recommend! The $5 margarita was delicious, fresh, and strong (but not too strong). The $10 Atlas margarita was the larger size of the same one, and was also great. We had the Lunada shrimp tacos, which were fantastic. And the El Burrito which is a bean and cheese burrito smothered in pork green chili. It was amazing! We also had chips and guacamole to start, which was great! Came with salsa as well. Nice thick, homemade chips and tortillas too."

"First time and had a great experience! The food was really delicious and the service was excellent. Got to meet the owners who were both really nice. I got the chimichanga which was amazing! Good amount of pork and it was cooked perfectly. It wasn’t super oily like a typical chimichanga and was also wrapped in a different shape. My friend got the tostadas and really enjoyed them as well. Great spot, food and ambiance. Make it a point to check this place out!"
