I hope Chipotle addresses these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for future patrons. I was further disappointed by the cleanliness of the food during my visit to Chipotle. Not only did I encounter poor customer service from Laura, the general manager, but I also observed unsatisfactory food handling practices. The ingredients appeared to be mishandled, and the food preparation area lacked the necessary hygiene standards. This raised concerns about the overall safety and quality of the food being served. "Admittedly I go here to pick up DoorDash more than I go here to eat, BUT, THAT BEING SAID, it would be hard to eat a full meal at Chipotle 4-7 times in any given day. Food's always terriffic and the staff is incredibly friendly. Good at rolling burritos. I like the art they have hangin' on the walls, too, and the location is tight. Highly Recommended"
