"If you want adqueate prescription refills and friendly staff go somewhere else. For my child’s medication I have to call at least twice to have it filled. Staff unprofessional every time like they hate their lives. Went there for almost 10 years went downhill."

"Wish I could no stars. Terrible experience taking my toddler here, hard to even know where to begin. Firstly, DONT GO HERE if your child is on CHP+ or Medicare, the doctor was extremely discriminate against my husband and my mother and made a lot of incorrect assumptions about the care of my child. They were clearly judgemental and did not listen well enough during the appointment. My daughter ended up needing 6 vaccines, 2 of which were optional (covid and flu), however the doctor did not make my husband feel informed and made him feel as though if he didn't give her all 6 he was a bad parent. He ended up opting out of the covid vaccine specifically to not pile on any side effect since we knew that vaccine would make her sick, so not out of some weirdness against the vaccine itself as we would have scheduled to get her vaccinated. 5 shots and they decided to put 3 in 1 arm, 2 in the other, which when asked why they couldn't put 1 in her leg, they gave him some nonsense excuse about the needles being too small (she's only 4 years old). After a day, lo and behold my daughter was sick (low grade fever and shakes) with a huge purple spot covering her entire shoulder. We called concerned but were told it wasn't anything to be worried about, only if it got worse. We ended up receiving a call following up asking if she was OK, only for them to tell my mother of all people that they gave her the covid vaccine instead of the flu shot, which explained the symptoms. They didn't even bother calling my husband's or my phone number and gave out information to someone other than her guardians (again based on incorrect assumptions). They are so disorganized that they didn't even send any records to my husband despite requesting immunization records to get her into school. Not worth the frustration, DO NOT GO HERE."

"We visited Parker Pediatrics today and had a great experience! From booking our appointment (thank you Selena!) to checking in, to our visit with the nurses and so on. You could just tell everyone from the front desk to the practitioners really care. Thank you for taking such good care of our girl : )"

"The communication is horrible. Front desk staff is rude, they dont communicate with us that our appointment time is running 45 mins behind. When you have a sick, irritable child, and the provider is 45mins behind and no one can communicate that with you is a little ridiculous. Do better, just talk."

"Used to absolutely love this place. I have taken my son here since he was born and he’s now almost 5. Although his primary Dr. Was Richard Hayes we’ve seen about every Dr. At this office. Richard Hayes is and was definitely the best, he is so good with kids and the parents too. He had amazing bedside manner, was relatable, very smart and educational, good at explaining every detail, he took his time and was genuine and really showed that he cared about your kids. And my son loved him. Don’t get me wrong all the Drs. here are nice but Dr. Richard Hayes is what truly kept us coming back. It’s very sad and unfortunate to see him go and no longer at this office."
