"I really wanted to love this clinic, but after dealing with them for eight months, I am going elsewhere for my healthcare needs. Some of my reasons are listed below: - They seem to have a high turnover of physicians. As a new patient they assigned me to an OB/GYN who was a FILL IN and it happened to be her LAST day. Now, my new OB/GYN is resigning effective the end of December. - I witnessed the front desk being exceptionally rude and unhelpful to a mother who was there with her young child. They had given her the wrong office location and when she asked them to call the other location to tell them she was on her way, they refused to make the call. - They are not reliable when it comes to returning calls. - They do not follow up on test and scan results. I never received any call backs from the office on any of my results. I always had to call them, and even after calling them, all they do is read back the report. Getting them to interpret the report is like pulling teeth and takes another several phone calls back and forth between the patient and a medical assistant (maybe a nurse if you are lucky) instead of between the patient and the doctor. - They do not use their portal for test results or for after visit summaries. - They do not have a cancellation list. - Appointments are few and far between. Telehealth appointments are available but there is no benefit as they are not more readily available. The only saving grace in the OB/GYN department is their phone nurse, Cheryl, if you are fortunate enough to reach her. But sadly, she is not enough of a draw to continue with this poorly managed clinic."

"I love my Dr.Dimatteo. she is helpful and super nice. Helped me as a first time mom. What is unsatisfactory is everything else. I have had to jump through so many hoops now. First, in my first pregnancy with my blood work they labeled as diabetes causes when in fact it was for pregnancy. My I surance doesn't cover diabetes so they denied the claim causing the bill to be double if not 3x as much. Fought to get that fixed. Last year my yearly exam was denied for some reason, I was not told why, but I was not notified of this till my bill was in collections and I couldn't schedule this year's exam. Had to jump through hoops to get that fixed. Took me 2 months to get another appointment schedule and now they have the audacity to tell me they had to cancel my appointment because I wasn't there when they did not inform me neither at time of booking nor any of the other times they reminded me of my appointment that they had in fact moved. Now I have to wait another month to have my appointment. The person I spoke to o. The phone was very condescending and not apologetic or understanding at all. It is ridiculous"

"I can truly recommend Midwife Erin Harper-Sanchez and her nurse Brie. Erin was 100% supportive of my decision to try for a VBAC 18 months after my first labor ended in a c-section. In the days leading up to my birth she took the time to address my concerns and ensure I had the best change possible to deliver vaginally. When I wasn’t progressing in labor she and the l&d nurses were able to offer the correct interventions to keep things moving and ultimately give my son and I the best possible outcome. She even made sure she was there personally despite it being Christmas Eve. Thanks to her guidance and empathy I was able to have the birth of my dreams with a must easier post-partum recovery."

"I also am confused by the negative reviews. I consider myself so fortunate to have found Dr. Wolfe & her nurse, Ashley, before trying to get pregnant. Dr. Wolfe cared for me throughout my pregnancy and was there to deliver my baby, and I feel like I had the best care ever through the whole pregnancy, labor, and postpartum visit. She answered all of my questions at every appointment and was respectful of my birth preferences, making sure that I had a really beautiful, positive experience while keeping my baby and me healthy. There were some tense moments during my labor, and Dr. Wolfe kept calm, explained my options, and let me try changing positions, etc rather than jumping immediately toward interventions. I've never had issues with billing or making appointments, and only once in a year of frequent appointments did I have to wait longer than about 5 minutes for my appointment and that was because she was on her way back to the office from delivering a baby. I would recommend her, and the whole practice, in a heartbeat."

"Unfortunately I would never recommend this facility. First I was told not once but for both appointments there was no money down needed, only to be told at my appointment i had to pay $185 before I would be seen irregardless of what I was told... At neither appointment did they take blood, urine, or even give me an exam? I am 6 months pregnant and have yet to have my cervix looked at?!? The doctor also said at my last appointment we would listen to the baby's heart beat seeing as how the father has a heart defect, and then she forgot... I'm now more worried than ever because of the negligence of this facility that there might be something wrong that should have been detected. Trust me you don't want to trust one of the most important things in your life with this facility period. Never going again!"
