"I had windows installed. The project took a little longer than normal but that was due to the window manufacture (supply issues, COVID. Y'all lived through it) and not Mountain View. Scott was very responsive answering any questions and worked around my schedule (I work rotating nights and days 12 hour shifts) for the install. Salvador was the main person for the install and super nice guy, he would call to let me know what time he would be there and if he was going to be early or late I would get a call. Again can't say how much I appreciate the work ethic and professionalism of Mountain View and all the people involved with my window installation."

"Mountain View re-sided my house (siding, trim, fascia, and gutters), replaced two large windows (each over 30 sq ft), and replaced a section of roof over a staircase. The final product is of the utmost quality and completed in a timely and organized manner. My house is an old mountain house and Scott and his crew worked seamlessly around the idiosyncrasies that come with many owner-built mountain homes. The crew was fantastic to work with as well. Great guys who work very hard, ask questions when they run into unexpected issues, and thoroughly clean up everyday. The owner (Scott) is incredibly knowledgable about construction and engineering. I couldn't have felt more comfortable trusting such high consequence projects to anyone else."

"Mountain View installed james hardy siding on home. They used a non-English speaking crew, that stole all the aluminum I had saved in an open shed. I had a flat, nicely cut aluminum piece to cover opening on drive for crawl space air hole to keep rain out, they stole that too. It had been there for years, and knew nothing about it when i asked. Gave me a poorly cut warped piece. They removed old siding and front porch light fixture. When it came time to put light fixture back, globe was missing. they knew nothing about it. They installed bottom drip edge backwards on slight slope. I had new storm door in a box undamaged, and the lead installer damaged it, lied about it, and they refused to pay for a new one. They called in a claim, that gave option for new skin or new door for $87.00. I chose a new door. Mountain View said they would return and install it. they have not returned. I had to rent a truck to pick up storm door. The storm door installer installed the door he damaged. Why? the old door fit better. The damaged door he installed does not fit correctly. Took him 4 days to install storm door. spent most of the time in his truck He also worked on my inside door without permission, now it leaks like a sieve. You cant take an old house, square up the door, and think it will fit. It fit fine before with no leaks. The owner asked if he could park his trailer on my concrete driveway. I told him no since it was already cracked. He did it any way so his workers did not have to walk 20feet to the street. NO means NO in my world. So now my driveway that was level is tipped up and damaged further. My little tiny house of 650sf took 3 weeks to side. Crew member dismantled my chain link fence gate, now thats screwed up. I asked to cut the hardy board to put hinge back in. they refused. I need it to keep dogs in. They did provide their own porta potty. I had to provide electricity, which is how original storm door got screwed up - running extension cord outside thru door. I believe my house was this crews first siding job. No Ingles! They need someone on the job that is willing to speak english. some problems might not have occurred. But it was the english speaking owner that wrecked my driveway. they had a little tiny tool to help pick up screws, does not pick up tiny pieces of aluminum. Also had them blow in insulation in outside walls. Not worth the money. owner recommended fiberglass. may not be enough blown in, i dont know. none to very little difference. Crew had never done it. instead of putting in round plastic covers typically used to seal hole and hold insulation they cut pieces of James Hardy moisture barrier to cover holes. Unknow how long that will hold. this contractor was rated elite by James Hardy. Owner is nice, but he depends on his lead installer and since they are all non english speaking owner is unaware of what happens on the job. the siding looks good except for at the bottom on some sides where it meets concrete, not sure crew had experience with that."
