"I used Rubys Floral for my wedding. I was unimpressed. The florals were nothing like what I requested. They forgot the two corsages for my mother and my husbands mother. The ribbons on the flowers were bright green instead of hunter green like requested. They charged me for two floral headbands when I told them I only had one flower girl. I wanted the bouquets in a holder but instead they were hand gathered. They didn’t look nice what so ever. The greenery was mostly dead and we had to clip a bunch off before the wedding. It was overall an awful experience."

"This place has really gone down hill. I used to order flowers from Ruby's several times a year but no more. I called to order flowers for a birthday from out of town today. The first time I called, the phone rang and rang, then the call abruptly ended. Maybe a service problem? So I called back. A lady answered without identifying herself and I asked if I could order an arrangement. She just said "Nope. The truck is already gone." I told her the arrangement was for next week and she asked me to "hold." I could hear a bunch of dogs barking in the background, so she clearly just put the phone down. After "holding" for close to five minutes, she hung up on me and didn't call back. The whole experience was weird, frustrating and icky, so I've decided to take my business elsewhere."
"Apparently they think it's ok to enter your home without your permission (illegally) to deliver the flowers and then be offended if you complain. The delivery person (apparently the husband) rang our doorbell and when no one answered tried the door, entered and left the flowers on our dining room table. Not welcome at our home any more."
"Barbra has always done my flowers for years. I've been in the wedding cake business for 17 years and always refer my brides to her. I am a business owner so when a client passes or relative i use her for funerals. She always treats me good and i have never had a bad product come out of her floral shop. She has always been so kind and helpful and I've never had anyone complain. If i have something come up and im not prepared she always squeezes me in so i can get some beautiful flowers from her. I would refer her to anybody looking to order."
