"This is our regular stop on trips between Grand Junction and Montrose. It's the first gas station you'll run in to after leaving the Orchard Mesa area (G.J.) and driving 40 +/- miles through deserty, sparsely populated, nothingness (although it is beautiful in the spring). There's plenty of parking, easy in and out, a picnic table outside to enjoy whatever snacks you might've purchased (or to just sit at and take a break from driving). The bathrooms are located outside, which is convenient if you just need to make a pit stop. The staff has always been courteous and the prices are reasonable."
