"When I walked in, my first thought was that the space was relatively small, but upon looking around they've made the best of it! I went in to buy my first bio piece, and the employee was super helpful! He answered all my questions, let me see how ever many pieces I wanted to see, and water tested three of them for me (including the one I bought). I felt it was fairly priced and I'm very happy with my purchase. The employee made me feel very comfortable, welcomed, and was incredibly helpful. All in all, I would highly recommend cloud 9!"
