"Easy experience, but they overcharged me by $10 and gave me a receipt showing that they had not. If I hadn't caught it seeing my credit card statement, it would have gone unnoticed. Also, beware the hidden $44 charge for the "required" retinal scan. I was told that they indicate this on all calls for appointments, but per my transcript of the appointment call I made that did not happen. Since I had been in a year before I was told that I should have expected it."

"Rude front staff. Also, they took almost 2 weeks to get my son’s glasses and never called when they were ready for pick up. Had to call multiple times to check on status of the glasses. Also, for some reason when I called, they said they accept my insurance and later charged me more than my insurance co pay and provided no explanation for not accepting my insurance."

"For one thing, my vision in the prescription they gave me isn’t great, and the optometrist can’t figure out how to fix it so that I can see well. In addition, they were supposed to order me contacts but failed to tell me they were on backorder. I only found that out two weeks after I followed up. I complained I’m out of contacts except the single pair they gave me when I walked out of my appointment. So I asked if I could get a different brand of contacts and was told no. Then I asked if I could have my prescription so I could just order contacts myself, and was told no again because it was not “finalized.” So now I’ve paid my yearly exam fee, can’t see well at all, and am unable to acquire contact lenses. Now I have to go somewhere else and do this all over again. What a joke of a clinic."

"Great staff, nice, clean location, awesome doctor. I went in for regular check-up for driver license renewal and had a great experience. The eye doc showed me all the results, addressed my dry eye concerns and didn’t feel rushed. I highly recommend if looking for a place to get your eyes checked!"
