"Extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. They will call you the day of your appt to cancel even if you took time off work in order to make the appointment. I would recommend finding a provider with a better ethical stance rather than we don't care want another appointment. America has literally become a third world country when it comes to health care."

Belinda has always worked me into their busy schedule when needed. She is so welcoming when you come in the door. Terry schedules my refusals and explains my test results in a language I can understand. Marcel is so nice even when I ask her not to weigh me. Dr Ruff always is very personable and thorough takes his time and comes up with results. Dr Hamstra has taken good care of me. I have been through a lot and she has always been there for me medically and emotionally. When needed she has referred me to the best Orthopedic Doctors. They have saved my life!!!"

If I were scheduled to have surgery, Dr Hamstra would ensure no detail would be forgotten, She wouldn't allow it or stand for it. Dr Ruff is a Dr. with awesome natural instincts for diagnosis, awesome interpersonal skills and is very likable. Both care greatly about their patients. The staff is as awesome, whether you talk to the front desk or deal with the nurses in back. The tech that draws the blood is so awesome you can't hardly feel it."
