"I came to Dr. Coakley in a lot of pain suffering from a rare condition called, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. I had read about ketamine for pain but I was apprehensive to try these infusions. I instantly liked Dr. Coakley’s demeanor- she was extremely thorough during our initial consultation and I finally felt heard for the first time in a long while. SKI’s facility is top notch - extremely clean and comfortable. I decided to take a leap of faith and try ketamine. Dr. Coakley made me feel comfortable and I trusted her implicitly with my care. I had five four hour long infusions and was put to sleep during them. The treatments helped me tremendously- I felt better than I had in a long time! I would highly recommend Summit Ketamine Innovations - Dr. Coakley gave me my quality of life back and I’m ever so thankful for her knowledge and expertise!"

"Dr. Coakley is one of the kindest, most caring doctors from whom I've ever received care. She has worked diligently to get to know me, the person, not just the patient. I'm shocked by some of the reviews stating that it is difficult to get ahold of someone. Dr. Coakley has PERSONALLY always returned my phone calls and responded to my messages in the client app/portal in a timely manner. She has provided me with additional resources and I feel I can be completely open with what is going on with me both physically and emotionally. I would also like to speak to those reviews complaining that a fee is charged for the consultation: An in-depth, comprehensive evaluation is standard best practice, and should not be a ten or fifteen minute meet and greet. The consultation I underwent was thorough and was truly in my best interest to determine if Ketamine was best for me. Dr. Coakley spent extensive time getting to know my history, needs and future goals. Buyer beware if you seek ketamine treatment at a clinic who does not complete a thorough eval. Overall, I could not be happier with my care at Summit Ketamine Innovations. Truly, SKI and Dr. Coakley are top notch. I would give her ten stars if I could."

"Very very disheartening experience. Not sure what is going on with this place. Simply put, it is near impossible to actually get in touch with anyone at Summit Ketamine Innovations to get information much less schedule an initial intake appointment. I played phone tag with staff there, which IS understandable as everyone is busy and I also work full time. When I finally got someone on the phone, she was kind and willing to answer questions but clearly distracted and then someone came into the clinic and I was on hold for 7 minutes. I finally hung up and she did call back. After our discussion, I asked the best way to get in touch (knowing it had been difficult) and she said email, text, or phone all work well but it’s hard to answer when they are with patients. Ok. That makes sense but isn’t there a front desk or admin person to help? Are they short staffed? I texted and emailed the following day about getting setup for an initial appointment. She responded and asked if I wanted the next available appointment and I said yes. Radio silence. It’s been 4 business days and I just gave up and have contacted another clinic. For people seeking this kind of treatment, time is of the essence and people need to feel like he/she is important and the practitioners care and want to help. I felt no sense of urgency to help me and I felt like I didn’t matter. After all, I explicitly said I wanted to get started as soon as possible and “first available appointment will likely work. When is the appointment?” Nothing but crickets. Summit Ketamine Innovations - Please please do better. People needing and asking for help feel very deflated by this kind of response from a business that is supposed to sincerely want to help people."
