"My appointment was very informative. The doctor brought some things to my attention that were very important and I truly appreciate it because I’ve been having some ongoing issues, so I’m very grateful. In addition the staff was great!!! Office manager has the BEST sense of humor. I could have stayed with her all day long laughing to tears. The glasses choice was amazing and I even got a 40% discount. Yayyyyyy!!!!! Overall great experience! Good job!❤️"

"Dr. McClain did an amazing job during my visit. She made sure she covered all areas of concern to me before I left, all the way down to making sure what prescriptions I am taking. On top of the Dr., the receptionist was super friendly and made my first visit a pleasant one!"

"*Posting here too from Target Optical, if you're looking for reviews please also know there are honest reviews there too by that name* My appt was scheduled for 8:40am (id already completed everything online), and due to my toddler having a meltdown I arrived... maybe 8:43am? A few minutes late. I get there, no one is at the front desk - I wait for several minutes and can hear 2 people talking in the back room. Not a big deal, ill wait. She finally comes out at 8:54am, I tell her my name and she says the doctor cannot see me because she would be behind. Mind you, I accept I was a few minutes late - but I reiterated that I had also been waiting for much longer than I was late. Nope. No wiggle room, just sheer hostility as soon as she asked my name. Let me also say that in her trying to get me to understand, she mentioned they had taken an emergency request. So they overbooked. Their 9am appt was there too, so she cuts me off and starts talking to that person who says she has a 9am. A 10 40 and another appt. The front desk lady then starts going in on her for not bringing everyone at once. Apparently the customer was supposed to know to bring all 3 at the same time? The customer is so nice and says okay, well please take your 8:40am (me) and she'll go home to get her family and come back for one big appt (she was so sweet). The black haired front desk lady gets frustrated and says no she can't leave and I can't have my appt. Unreal. Just unreal. Just don't bother with Elina Davidoff or her assistant. Life happens, you arrive a few minutes late. And then THEY are several minutes to help you. Even if the assistant had come in to explain a reschedule in a polite manner, I would have understood more. And the other sweet customer trying to help but them not budging was just cherry on top. I've been to this location before when there was a male optometrist, fantastic service. This was my first time scheduling with this new optometrist and omg, no. Go elsewhere."

"Rescheduled two times, both times I was treated with so much kindness and understanding by the women who helped me! the day of my eye exam I did not have a sitter for my 2 month old and had to take her with me, the doctor gave my baby her pacifier and rocked her car seat to prevent her from crying or fussing, she was able to get the exam done and after she let me sit in the back room to nurse! They are just amazing here!!! This was a reminder that kind individuals still exist! I’m so very thankful!! Thanks to everyone!!"

"I made an appointment weeks out and submitted my documents and information before my appointment only to get there and be told that the doctor made a note saying she tried to contact me that she doesn’t accept my insurance. No one ever tried to contact me. And I had no idea of any of it until I drove all the way there. I was told I had to pay $89 for the exam and then submit to my insurance to get reimbursed if I wanted to do the exam today. It is very frustrating for a doctor to make a false note on an account when no one ever tried to get ahold of me about it. I looked online before I booked my appointment to see if they accept my insurance (apparently only the Target side does) but not the doctor. So if the doctors aren’t going to accept it, they need to take it off the website."
