"Listen to me very carefully - all of your problems will be solved by going here. A while back I had some hip and knee issues (squats hurt, aching during sleep, pain when sitting, etc). Lauren worked with me over time and they haven’t bothered me since. She also NEVER tried to push additional appointments once my issues were resolved - this is one of the main reasons Onward became my go-to PT, and I’ve recommended them ever since. Recently, I reached out to Lauren again to get some left-shoulder work done. I strained it badly during a workout. Going into the appointment I was carrying my arm as if it was in a sling and with little to no movement. I left with almost no pain and significantly more mobility. "Highly recommend Lauren for anyone seeking pelvic floor PT or wanting to engage in a fitness-focused pregnancy and postpartum period (which, IMO, made these life changes MUCH smoother). I saw Lauren initially for hip and groin pain that I experienced during pregnancy, and our visits later evolved into more traditional PT after my son was born and I was in need of back and core rehab. After only a few sessions and lots of great at-home tips, I can sleep again and my life has dramatically improved.
