"Wow… called twice this afternoon to confirm cancellation appt and to reschedule, but….first woman said she could not hear me clearly enough and hung up on me. Second time a different woman answers without naming the company.. I asked who I am speaking with and she hung up on me. Guess not going to Podiatry Associates lmao. Next !!! lol and WOW. End of day.. must be in a hurry to get out to local pub"

"I booked my appointment a week in advance. Did not receive paperwork via email as expected arrived on time to my appointment filled out paperwork for 40 minutes on an iPad that is programmed poorly only to find out that they would not see me because I had been in a car accident 20 years ago. Lady at the front desk was rude. Not just to me but other patients."

"Don't go here. They are jerks. I showed up late and didn't complete their questionnaire fully thinking no biggie. Uh, the nurse came in and was visibly annoyed with me. Started questioning me about my meds. I hadn't completed it in the intake form and was pretty rude to me about it then just exclaimed that she didn't need it, she had just "gone and looked it up". This felt pretty intrusive given I was a new patient and they weren't doing a procedure or prescribing meds. It was medically unnecessary so a HIPPA violation. I was done then. I saw the doc who was polite but had no interest in treating the tumor he diagnosed on my foot. Couldn't get me back for over a month! I started over today with Castle Rock Foot and Ankle. They were polite, engaged and interested in my well being and the stress this tumor might be causing me. Podiatry Associates didn't care about anything except their intake form being completed to their satisfaction."

"Great experience at Podiatry Associates, one of the best experiences with any doctor, brought our baby in to get his feet checked. The office recommended we saw Dr. Daniels since he has children. Dr. Daniels was very kind and confirmed everything was fine and not to worry, he could have pushed some kind of foot brace, boots etc, Honest and great bedside manner!"

"Office staff was great and that's why I'm putting 2 stars. The doctor on the other hand- I was very disappointed with. I understand they are busy, but I felt like I was bothering her for her time. Very short with answers and had her mind made up on my treatment. Told me I don't have ingrown toenails, yet when I requested they be clipped, you could clearly see them cutting into my skin. If I return- I'll be asking for a different doctor. This young gal left me with very little confidence in her ability to take care of me as her patient."
