"I went in today looking for a cleaning product. I started to speak with a guy at the counter and he walked away from me in mid sentence. He didn't say "be right back" or "I will be right with you", he just walked off. There was another guy at the counter and I asked him if they had the product I needed. He said, "I don't know". And that was it... he didn't try and find out, didn't ask someone else. At this point I am getting disgusted with the service standards at Valley Lumber and walked around to try and find the product myself. No one ever asked if they could help, I couldn't find the product on my own so I left. I asked someone if they are always this way and was told that the service here has been bad for a long time. My advice? Go somewhere else to spend your hard earned cash because Valley Lumber doesn't want it!"
