In particular, the slab we picked for a counter fractured in several spots and they recommended we change stone to avoid gluing it together or continued problems - and we had a new slab and installation within days. "I am very impressed with 2180. From the time I contacted Kelsey at the office and all through the installation everyone was professional, prompt and helpful. Kelsey explained the entire process, helped me get the granite from Arizona to Durango and keep me posted on each step. Brian came to make the templates. He, too, was polite and knew what he was doing. When it came time for installation, I had some issues with the sink we ordered but Brian worked out the kinks with the plumber and made a proper fit. The entire crew was kind, worked hard, and did a fabulous job. They even cleaned up when finished. Excellent service all around."

"I absolutely loved our experience with 2180. We're DIY type people, and we've been working on an extended kitchen remodel. We only wanted to do our kitchen island at this time, with plans in the future to replace the rest of our tile kitchen counters. There were other granite companies in town that definitely turned up their noses at our search for a simple remnant piece of granite. This was not the case with 2180. From the moment we walked into the showroom, Heather was extremely welcoming and excited about our project. She even met us at the slab yard in the snow and rain one day and helped us find a beautiful piece of granite to really give a WOW factor to our island. The fabrication team was great as well. Their work was amazing, and they treated our home with respect. (I think they left my floors cleaner than when they walked in!) Heather went way above and beyond to make sure we loved the final product, and we're so happy we chose to work with her and 2180. I would highly recommend them above any other granite company in town, and we'll definitely use their services again when we do the rest of our kitchen. Their lighting department is awesome as well! Tara helped us pick out some awesome pendant lights, and the prices were very affordable."
