"I have been a patient of Dr Christensen for 9 years. I get annual check ups and blood work at their facility. The staff is always helpful and friendly. There is very little wait to see the nurse or Dr at any appointment. I have taken my kids to their office for urgent care(stitches etc) and the care is professional and efficient. I think this Dr is an excellent family physician."

"My daughter and I were patients with Dr. Heidi Christensen and Dr. Mark Christensen. When my daughter was at Dr. Heidi's office the office staff made an error with her "sleep" medication she was taking. She'd had two Concussions causing sleep a severe sleep disorder. After two sleep studies and not help. They prescribed a sleep medication. My daughter didn't like to take them even thought she still wasn't sleeping well. When she started sleeping about 2 to 3 hours per night, she started weening herself off the medication. The PA that she saw said since my daughter wasn't sleeping well she would keep the dose the same and if my daughter wanted to lower the dose she could. This is what my daughter did. Then the Pa actually did lower the dose and we didn't know. At the same time, my daughter was taking half a pill. She wasn't getting any sleep. She needed a refill. We came in to see the Doctor. when we were leaving I asked for the prescription so we could go get a refill. The office staff claimed loudly in PUBLIC 'your daughter is taking a controlled substance and she went through it way faster than she should have. "It's addictive" BS! The man standing there at the desk laughed and the office staff laughed! I called the pharmacy and found out that my daughters medication was already at half the dose! With cutting the pills in half already, she was getting 1/4 the dose! NOT GOING THROUGH IT FAST! This was their mistake. Not only that but the office staff made FALSE ACCUSATIONS ABOUT MY DAUGHTER AND LAUGHED AT HER. At this time because of their mistake, she was getting less than 10 minutes of sleep per night. They Doctors knew this from the sleep studies! This was life threatening! We were told she could have a heart attack or stroke at any time without sleep. This was not the only time the office staff acted like Stalkers. We switched to the Castle Pines location. The Secretary there Boldly told me. 'I can see all the Appointments for your whole family and I can see everywhere you go every week.' 'I know where your going and when.' She was acting like a Stalker! As if we should be worried or committing crimes? In the USA, you are supposed to have PRIVACY and not be STALKED by MEDICAL PERSONNEL or anyone else! I have also tried to get my X-rays and medical records for almost 3 years with no result! I haven't been able to get my Disability Benefits because Dr. Mark Christensen's office refused to send them to the SSA! They refuse to send them to me. They refuse to send them to any of my Doctors! I went into the Castle Pines office personally 2 times and filled out the paperwork to do this. I went on the patient portal twice to ask for the records. I've called numerous times. There's much more to complain about like being given a Sepsis infection! I have video proof! I have saved this review as evidence in case there is more retaliation."

"Very well organized, professional office. The staff were great. Dr. Christiansen listened to my concerns and explained treatment plan. I didn't have to wait at all to be seen."

He has great recommendations for others specialities as well"
