"Every new physiatrist I get is only there 4 3-4 months & then they leave without notifying me & my meds then never get refilled which is unacceptable. At this rate I'm going 2 end up in the emergency room cause of these incompetent people."
"PLEASE never go here! Ive been going here for over 5 years and had nothing but wrong experiences. I don’t even know where to start. My appointments are able to be called up and cancelled by family members even though the front desk has put 3 large alerts to not allow anyone access, they look at it and disobey it, so my therapy and doctor get pushed out weeks further when I reschedule. My appointments also aren’t guaranteed! I just made an appointment with Christy the front desk lady at 9a 2/22 and it disappeared from thin air! All I got told is “we can’t take someone’s appointment.” No! If you’re double booking and it’s your fault, the other person is called up to reschedule. (I’ve had it happen to me many times if I’m accidentally booked second). Dr F does not listen to my physical and mental side affects to medication. I was reporting pretty bad physical side affects and he said we’d talk about changing it possibly next time. My therapist went in my file and saw his notes only say “patient is reporting no side effects”. How irresponsible and negligent. This has happened numerous times. The front desk is unorganized and your appointments, needs, notes, and privacy will NOT be respected. I do not have many other resources that I can afford, but I am going elsewhere after only receiving unprofessionalism and disrespect for years."
"My therapist is no longer at this facility which really stinks! Anyone that had a therapist for a long time period knows how I feel. I know there are great people there. It will take a bit of time to find another one. Good People! ; )"
