"Went in there to get help with my ankle pain and was made to wait 15 minutes before the told me that there was an “emergency” and he couldn’t make it in today. The place also looked very unprofessional and more like a place that does Botox that deals with foot and ankle injuries."

"Really disappointed in this office. I haven't been seen yet so I can't comment on the doctor or his staff yet. But I had an appointment for a week ago and the day before they text me and said my appointment was cancelled and I needed to reschedule. Weird but okay. So I called and rescheduled. I showed up for my appointment today and the entire office is empty? I tried calling and their phone is disconnected? I found their their Alamosa office online and that receptionist was nice enough to give me their new address, because apparently they moved and didn't tell anyone? Their website still lists the empty address and phone number that I tried. When I was making my first and rescheduled appointment I confirmed the address, which I now know is completely wrong. The receptionist I talked to told me it's "within walking distance of the Big Tool Box store off Holly" except no, it's now several miles from Holly. Why would they tell me to come to the wrong address? What in the world?"
