"After undergoing a procedure, I needed to work with a physical therapist to ensure my complete recovery. I contacted Peak Form and set up an appointment. They were busy, so I took an appointment a couple of weeks out. However, within a day, I got a call from Greg. Greg had an opening and could see me for my evaluation. After the evaluation, Greg chose to schedule me during his lunch hour to ensure I was able to get my therapy sooner. I worked primarily with Greg over the next several weeks. Greg was excellent at his job, making me feel comfortable yet pushing me as appropriate. I found Greg very personable and developed a rapport with him that helped me as I convalesced. Everyone I came into contact with at Peak Form was friendly and helpful; every time I walked in, I knew I was in the company of people whose primary goal was to help me. "I was sent to this clinic by Worker's Comp. Don, the Nurse practitioner I saw first, diagnosed a condition that Platte Valley's ER missed. I ended up getting surgery to fix the issue. After surgery, Ashley, the Physician Assistant, provided excellent follow-up care. Crystal and Ali at the front desk were always pleasant to deal with and learned my schedule and my preferred times for follow up and physical therapy appointments. Once I was cleared for physical therapy, I dealt with Thaddeus and Lance. Both of them were responsive to my concerns and challenging my abilities trying to get me back to the level I was before being injured. I'd prefer not to get hurt at work again, but if I do, I know there is a solid, professional team here that has my back"

She has handled all of my appointments and scheduling issues, she made sure all my appointments were available to work with my personal schedule too.
