"This is the first time I've ever written a Google review but the experience warrants it. Stay as far away from this practice as possible. I first went to them in 2021 or 2022 or so after my previous doc retired. At that time I was due for an IUD replacement. They allegedly ordered the new one at that appointment and then never called me to schedule placement. They also asked me about genetic cancer screening which I never actually answered and I was leaning toward no but they pushed me right through the paperwork and blood draw anyway, so I figured well okay I guess I'll have it done. Fast forward to December 2023 when I scheduled a pap and told them about the fact I was now almost two years overdue on IUD replacement and told the midwife and the nurse what had happened previously. Well now here we are almost two months later and again it was allegedly ordered and they haven't said a word about scheduling a placement and they continue to ignore the messages I've sent through the portal. Additionally, they have you fill out a ton of forms prior to the appointment that they clearly never read. I filled out one specifically about cancer history and risk in my family, I've had genetic testing against my will basically at their office and still the midwife says to me ' so no cancer history in your family?' This is the most disorganized practice I have ever had the displeasure of coming across I recommend all women who value their bodies and time go anywhere else. I've had to find a new practice to get my IUD replaced so hopefully they do a far superior job which honestly would simply have to be competent to reach that. I didn't even want to give this office the one star I had to give it to write this review."

"I had my child with them and they did an amazing job. I felt confident with my pregnancy. I was hoping to continue care there even after having my kiddo, but I got a very strong feeling that if you were not having babies they didn't focus on you as much. I went somewhere else for a while and came back for an annual appointment, but the vibes didn't change much. I had a resident and she was amazing, but the primaries still seem baby focused. While the pregnancy portion of my care was fantastic I felt the women's care lacking focus a bit."
