"Everyone was so caring and looked me in the eye when they said hello. That doesn’t happen very often anymore. I went in for a mammogram with other tests scheduled for a couple weeks out, and they proactively figured out how to get it all done at once, so I didn’t have to come back and it was very appreciated. Great experience, great people, great care."

"I have had 2 experiences with the ER here. The first time I went with pain and nausea symptoms. Was told I was probably constipated and to go home. 3 days later I was in the ICU at another hospital, where I was 27 days. When i contacted them after i found out the ER doctor at the time lied and said I refused treatment. Fast forward to now. I went with leg pain and swelling. They did 1 test sent me home to stretch and said i was fine.A month later I have a massive blood clot in my leg and now in my lungs. I would not ever recommend anyone go to the ER here"

"I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the conditions and practices observed during my recent stay at your facility. On 3/14, I was admitted to 704 Firstly, I would like to bring to your attention the presence of bed bugs in my room. Despite the lack efforts from your staff, I noticed bed bugs, which significantly compromised my comfort and well-being during my stay. This poses a serious health risk to patients and requires immediate attention and remediation.Furthermore, I observed a concerning practice by one of your nurses. On 3/14 Nurse Taran placed wound dressing supplies directly on the floor before attending to my wound. I had to stop her ask her to not use the dressing she placed on the floor in place a clean chuck down first at least and change her gloves This lack of proper hygiene and infection control protocol is alarming and could lead to cross-contamination and potential complications for patients."

"After a fall in which I had broken my hip, I was taken by ambulance to the hospital. I was there in the ER from 10:30-6:30 when I was finally taken for surgery. During my stay in the ER I felt like I was forgotten. My nurse call button was put in a place I could not reach it. No one had come in for quite some time to check on me. Fortunately I had my phone so I was able to call the hospital front desk to tell them who I and where I was. Finally I was able to get a nurse to my area. Eventually I was taken for surgery and admitted to a room. The attention there was no better. I had just undergone surgery and when I did need to get up to use the bathroom I called for a nurse but no one came so I had to go by myself. I experienced terrible IV placement that resulted in hematomas I still have after over a week. I had asked for antacids several times and never got that either. I felt like I was a burden to the nursing staff. I was in pain, upset and no one seemed to care. I refused any sort of opioid for pain preferring Tylenol instead the nursing staff seemed surprised by my choice. I totally understand staff shortages and burn out but that isn’t any excuse for the care I received. As far as room service was concerned the food was tasty but it took over an hour to receive after I placed my order. Again I sort of understood that but maybe they need more help in the kitchen. I wish I could be more forgiving in my review but I can’t."

"I've gone into the ER followed by being admitted twice in the last few months. Both times I was treated unbelievably well. They were kind, respectful, prompt, and truly compassionate. They made a yucky situation much easier. The ER doctors and nurses were amazing. The doctors and nurses on the oncology floor were as well. I hope I never need to visit them again, but I'm grateful to know they're there if I do."
