"The staff here was incredibly kind and helpful. They had a good sense of humor which was very calming to me in my situation. They were also very efficient and got me in and out within an hour or so. I would highly recommend this facility. Dr Johanos was excellent! I wish he would be the one treating me throughout the process! Overall I had a very pleasant experience here."

"Very dissatisfied! Staff wasn't friendly. Didn't have a sense of urgency. I was urged to go to an urgent care if I had trouble breathing due to me having Covid and the fact I am 30 weeks pregnant. Nothing was done by the Dr. Basically telling me what I already knew. Didn't seem to care that I have stabbing pains in my back and these symptoms have been here for 2 weeks now. I'll most likely never visit this urgent care again."

"My wife came in around 9 at night of Feb 13, 2024. She had a horrible infection in her mouth, it was swollen, and she was in tears when she went. That POS Doctor, if you can even call him a doctor, said all a couple of sentences to her. He said there was nothing he could for her, gave her a dose of antibiotics, and sent her on her way. A doctor who took an oath to help people sent a person in a ton of pain home with nothing to help her even get through the night until she could get into the dentist. So maybe think twice about going to this place if you are in need of help."

"I will not go anywhere else for my Urgent Care needs. At this facility you are greeted with kindness, taken back quickly and thoroughly listened to by each staff member. Their ultimate goal is to make you comfortable while the diagnosis and quickly treat your issue. 5⭐️ care every time."

"SERIOUSLY BEWARE of this urgent care. I was on shift at the Fire Department and my daughter fell and had a 1/4” cut on the back of her head. My wife called me and asked if she should take her in to the doctor. We decided to go see what the doctor had to say, since I wasn’t home. The doctor said to maybe put a staple or two on the cut. It was a super quick process. We received 2 different bills to our insurance, one from the facility and one from the provider totaling over $3200. Insane that a urgent care can bill for a little girl getting a couple staples for that amount. It’s places like this that give the medical field a bad name in the US. We’re a small family trying to make it week to week and we have an accident like this and they take everything they can get out of our pockets. Seriously so wrong. Save yourself the heartache and do not go to this place."
