"Membership is a rip off if you can’t make it to your appointments they do get accrued but if your busy and can’t do more a month you’ll just keep paying for more visits that eventually you can’t use. They charge you to gift your visits, I’m really not sure why it literally takes them 2 seconds to add your friends name and it feels like a punishment when doing so. And I honestly have no idea how they can get away with not allowing you to use your accrued visits if you cancel your membership or at the minimum they can refund your money. I had to relocate and was over 50 miles from a ME and they refused to accommodate me in anyway and I lost my accrued visits because I couldn’t make it in time to use them all. I mean it’s our money that we paid for a service and should be able to use how is most accommodating to us not them. Why should we allow them to simply take our money for doing nothing. That’s what they did to me and they will continue to do to other people, they just take advantage of them and their situations. They won’t allow you to add your visits on a gift card because gift cards legally don’t expire and they want yours to expire so they can keep your money, they won’t give you more time if you can’t make either because they just want to keep your money, they are not customer friendly or flexible in anyway. Besides I could never find a good therapist anyone with any talent left ME and you can Hardly get in to see anyone if you wanted to. Just seems like a scam at this point. Go to a real professional not a chain if you really want good service."

"I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 am Wednesday , I received a text at 1:00 on Tuesday the day before telling me my therapist has jury duty and will not be able to perform the the session. Who gets notified of jury duty 1 day in advance?"

"All the reviews are correct in that it is next to impossible to get an appointment for a message with a good Message therapist. This is number one problem. Second issue we had was we never got contacted about my husband's hsa autopayment didn't going through. They said they contacted us but we never got an email, voicemail or talk to anyone until we tried to book an appointment for him and they cancelled his membership. Then they also took away all his credits we had been paying for in a year time frame. When I finally decided to cancel because I was unable to ever get in because of their scheduleing, they give you 60 days to use your credits but when you can't get in that isn't enough time. Also when you cancel your membership you can't transfer credits to other people who want the services you can get into. They have essentially stolenTHOUSANDS of dollars from us because of all the thousands of "policies" . All they have to say is " sorry we can't do that it goes against our policies" and they are in the clear. Save your money and go to a private esthetician or message therapist. They might be a little more expensive each visit but you won't pay if you can't get in for a service you want and over all you will pay less."

"It is next to impossible to get an appointment at this location. There are never any appointments available in the app, my phone calls have been answered 1 time, and my voicemails are never returned. The one time I was able to get an appointment at this location, the employees at the front desk were stand-offish and came off as rude when I asked how I could go about making appointments if I wasn’t able to schedule one at the end of my service (because I didn’t know my own schedule that day). The massage I received was ok, not great, but I haven’t been back because of how I’m treated by the front desk staff who (don’t) answer the phone. I’ve been a member since 2016 and since moving away from the location where I originally signed up, it’s just not worth the increases in monthly cost."

"THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Spend your money, energy and time elsewhere. I went for my first time last week. I arrived 15min before my scheduled time at 11am to fill out paperwork. I filled it out and waited. I waited until 11:08am and when to the front desk to see what was going on. Shortly after the masseuse Bri came to get me. She did not apologize for being late or explain why she was late. I was curious as to whether or not she was going to give me a 60min massage. She did not. She finished promptly at 11:58am. It’s ironic that she can be on time to finish but not on time to start. I shared this with the front desk person. She was not apologetic at all and basically just shrugged it off. I gave them feedback from a survey they sent via email and a manager did get in contact with me but honestly I am not looking to speak with anyone else about this. You all can keep your horrible service and horrible staff."
