"I went in for a consultation and had a great experience with everyone I met. The reception staff were warm and friendly and Dr Pulido was knowledgeable and kind. He took time to talk me through my options and was very reassuring. I was skeptical at first after seeing some of the reviews but had a completely different experience than others seem to have had and would absolutely recommend this practice."

"I have to deal with an ostomy bag I never asked for or gave permission to be put on me , they won't repair and remove now , want me to wait so they can eat up more insurance, meanwhile I'm in so much pain , they don't get back to ya for refills , my skin is raw and hurts, the stomach hurts,burns,and stabs . They don't care been waiting for a CT scan haven't heard nothing, I'm losing my mind and can't do this osteomy anymore . It has to go . I didn't ask for it , I don't want it I'll take my chances . Death would be better than this osteomy bag, this is no kind of life or living ."

"This review could of been a 5 star rating but the receptionist, nurses and billing staff are absolutely horrid. First, let me say the doctor and I met for consultation to plan treatment for my breast cancer was great. I believe the plan we developed was 100% doable. However the rest of the visit was a nightmare. They receptionist, billing and nurses attitudes toward a cancer patient were mindboggling. Rude to say the least. Plus, they wanted me to sign a document that would take me out of network. I said to them multiple times "no" I cant sign this document and their final reply "go to another hospital". I called my insurance immediately, which they agreed, dont sign. I called the referring hospital doctor for new referral, unfortunately, I was unable to reach him because hospital staff runaround. Now I am trying to find a new surgeon all because I follow insurance rules as outlined to me by my insurance representative. And yes I still have malignant breast cancer. Thanks a heap!"

"I recently had a total thyroidectomy and Dr. Bocker was fantastic. She made me feel so safe and comfortable with the treatment plan. She was able to get my surgery scheduled so fast, a week after our initial consultation thanks to a cancellation. I had very minimal pain after the surgery, which surprised me. She was so caring and thoughtful and took her time answering all of my questions. The front staff and nurse were all great as well, very sweet and thorough. You can barely see my incision, and after two weeks it looks great!! I would definitely recommend SSOC and Dr. Bocker 100 times again. Thank you SSOC for taking such great care of me through such a scary and stressful process. You all are great, kind and passionate people "
