"I have been a patient of Dr Browns for the past 4 yrs. I've had several pain practices over the yrs due to chronic pain, and I can honestly say this is one of the VERY BEST. This is a nonbiased and honest opinion. Everyone there is wonderful. I can't believe the negative comments. Dr Brown, Ryan PA, and the rest of the staff are so caring, and genuinely try to alleviate pain. They hv a surgical suite in the office and are able to minor proceedures there, under conscious sedation. They are fabulous! Nancy K"

"My wife was seeing Dr. Brown for a period of time. He decided to make some slight changes to her medications. When my wife went to refill her prescription it was a different dose and quantity. When we tried to reach out to Dr. Brown, he would not return calls and the staff (along with the office manager) were rude. We tried to contact Dr. Brown for nearly 3 weeks without a response to clarify what changes had been made. They fired my wife from the practice stating that she was taking more than her limit, when all she wanted was clarification of the misunderstanding. They handle things very unprofessionally and I would recommend a different provider!"

"I have been a patient for 21 years, I broke my back and neck when I was 33 years old. I spent 1 1/2 years in a wheelchair. After 6 back surgeries and multiple treatments I live a fairly normal life. This would not be possible if it was not for the extraordinary care the Rocky Mountain Pain Solutions dedicated and knowledgeable staff has given to me. Chronic pain is very hard to target since it sometimes manifests with multiple symptoms. They took the time and effort to find the right combinations of treatment for me. Am I perfect? No but I am able to lead a happy and productive life. The best I could hope for. Thank you for your many years of professional care."

"Dr. Brown & his team are AMAZING! I'm so happy I didn't take the negative remarks seriously!! First morning after my injections, I literally cried with happiness when I was able to get up and walk down the hallway in our home without pain after so many years!! My care is totally in Dr. Brown's hands and I recommend him HIGHLY!! A more empathetic & caring doctor, you could not find. Thank You Dr. Brown!!"

"No stars for this organization. I have been on Medicaid for the last two months following a life time of holding a "respectable" insurance policy. It was "heartwarming" to hear that Rocky Mountain Pain Solutions does indeed respect people who have fallen on "hard times", but do they really?? Because of my Medicaid status, this business has placed me in the class of bottom feeder, thankless and undeserving folk. What I am allowed: a procedure done on my neck involving frying my nerves in an effort to stop the unbearable pain I am in. That is the extent of the medical attention that I will receive. What I am not allowed: Any consultation with any doctor. Any doctors time in reviewing my over 5 years of medical records I have provided. No effort to see if the Botox injections I have found to be the only procedure that has worked for me after years of trying other methods are possible. The lack of effort is directly associated with the fact that the office staff has never seen Medicaid to approve the Botox so, really what is the point of trying. Absolutely no prescriptions due to the fact, as I was informed, only a small number of Medicaid clients can get prescriptions since it is so labor intensive, the rest of us just have to suffer with our pain. This baffles me as I didn't think that writing a prescription was extremely taxing. This is just a list off the top of my head of treatment options that are not available to me as a Medicaid person. I would never recommend Rocky Mountain Pain Solutions. The staff is amazingly rude and non empathetic. I wonder if they have ever suffered chronic pain.. All of this, in my opinion, comes down to money, no money, no help."
