"The office staff is great. The billing system is annoying. Also, if you have any RX issues: you can't leave a message. Phone tag is hard when you work for a living and your Dr's office is only effectively open 4 days a week. Not great for a busy person."

"Update, since writing this review, they have charged me 3x for the same service without me having been since. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - having my treatments changed to a different allergist. If I could rate at 0 stars, I would. It takes me babysitting and calling 4-5 times to get prescriptions refilled monthly, letting my care lapse. They often mess up which prescriptions need to be filled and I have now gone 5 days - then 10 days - without my preventative care over the last 2 months. My asthma and allergies have never been worse. They don't mention the $275 visit charge when you first go. Or that they are charging you for every visit, every injection, nickel and dime. More, they called me to come to the office immediately (while I was at work in the city) as the doctor "needed to talk to me". I did not see the doctor, no work was done, and it was a regular check in, not only making me miss work but also charging me $170 for the office visit. They claimed I "left" my last visit, which was NOT true, I stayed for 45-50 minutes, the doctor could not see me, I had to go to work and was only booked for a 30 minute meeting. It turns out they wanted me to come back so they could properly charge me for another appointment. Usually what happens when a doctor collects insurance info early is they do their due diligence and let patient know the costs associated. When I called Janet in billing, who I'm sure is used to this kind of scam, she said, I'm only in finance, I can't see the details of that. She was very condescending, using phrases like - "Honey, the thing you just don't understand". I've been going to allergists for 24 years...this one is the MOST CORRUPT, INCOMPETANT, AND OUT FOR MONEY allergist I've ever experienced. Take your card/insurance card (trust, they will charge it repeatedly without permission) and RUN."

"It’s been a wonderful experience here at the Allergy & Asthma center. I decided to get shots for my recent allergies spiking and my history of previous animal allergies. The shots have started working and it’s been a breeze to come in and get shots weekly. The staff has been so kind and great to talk to! Everyone is very nice and accommodating. Really appreciate the team here and look forward to my visits weekly :)"
