"I came to Serenity in abrupt and severe crisis, desperate but hopeful. I saw Dr. Jesse Garwood twice and was prescribed first time meds. I was told if I had any issues which are likely with new meds, to message him on my patient portal for quick response. I had questions and bad side effects and reached out via my portal. One response came after 4 days and the second was a week responding. A nurse called me both times apologizing saying that “is not how Serenity cares for patients”. She then asked if the Practice Manager could call me asap. I agreed to a call. That was the last neglectful lie as that call never came. I am also in healthcare and know when patients are suffering the most, providers need to be responsive when they say they will be. Leaving people twisting in pain is flat out cruel. Serenity is a corporate cut rate practice with little concern for this patient and likely many others. I have found legitimate, professional and compassionate help now and will never allow such abuse again. Serenity is a sham’"

"If you need paperwork done, good luck. You have to go through their corporate shenanigans and they will not complete anything in a timely manner. It’s impossible to work with serenity as you can never call your office directly or have your psychiatrist fill out the paperwork due to their rules."

"Don’t waste your time at this location. You will be told the nurse will get back within 24 hours. After my 3rd follow up call 5 days later I finally got a response from the nurse to refill my medication. Made the switch to the Cherry Creek location and never looking back."

"Was literally at my wits end trying to find not only someone who would help but someone that would actually hear what I was saying and take that into account. I’ve tried other psychiatrists and therapy (TalkSpace) but they would only hear a fraction of what I would say before laughing or telling me to essentially go find help elsewhere. At Serenity they took the time to hear me out prior to making an appointment, they didn’t want to waste my time anymore than I wanted to waste theirs. After speaking with Dr. Froehlich I finally felt like I was getting the help I so desperately needed. He not only listened to me but broke down his thoughts of what would be helpful for my case. Taking it a step further, Dr. Froehlich took the time to describe different medication option, going into detail of what the side effects would be and the upside of each one before giving ME the option to choose which medication would be better for me. I was very close to leaving this world, after a couple of misfires with “doctors” that were meant to help me through such a dark time, I finally found a ray of hope in Serenity."

Dr. Garwood helped me get my medication approved by my insurance company so I didn't have to cycle through a bunch of others before getting approved, and Ashley went out of her way to help me with an insurance billing question.
