"We've been going to this location for several years and we've always received quality care!! The last several times I've taken my kids after work or on the weekend, we've been seem by PA Rick Eaton. I can't say enough positive things. He's patient, kind, humorous, connects with my children, puts me at ease as a mom and even identified a heart mumor that my son's pediatrician hadn't even identified. We love Rick Eaton!!!"
"This team is amazing. It was 15 minutes to closing and I decided to call to confirm that they would not see me, however the wonderful young woman who answered the call told me that they would absolutely take care of me and to head on over. As soon as I arrived they checked me in and I was seen shortly by the doctor. I was cared for, heard and got a prescription and on my way. You guys are amazing! Thank you for taking care of me!"
"The staff, nurse and Doctor were all nice. We "scheduled" a walk in time before going to the facility and there were only two people in the waiting room when we got there, but it took about 3 hours for us to get seen by the doctor. It's never quick at urgent care, but it should not have taken this long."
"It was easy to make an appointment online. I was brought back quickly for vital signs and the PA saw me right away. He listened to my concerns, ordered labs and sent my prescription over quickly. I was impressed with the professionalism and care."
"We the facility is nice and large it was quiet And clean they had a nice selections of drinks to offer you. The staff was wonderful. I’m international flight attendant, and everybody there was related to somebody in the airline industry. I thought that was quite funny.. So I’m sure the place gets busy, but I was there on a very quiet night. I had everyone’s attention, and I had teo warm blankets because it felt quite chilly. When I was having And IV bag. And I definitely got in a lot quicker than going over to Skyridge hospital. Thank you, Anna Hanks"
